Who these terms are with

This website is operated by DPW Pte Ltd (UEN 202017982R). Using the site means you accept these terms.

What this website is

Information about services available through the UpVue platform, and free tools. It is not an offer to provide corporate services, and using the site does not create an engagement. A paid engagement begins only when you sign an engagement letter with a licensed corporate service provider.

Free tools

The SSIC search, company name check, business name generator, filing deadline checker and GST calculator are provided for general guidance. Results are indications, not decisions. Only ACRA can approve a company name or accept a filing; only IRAS can determine a tax position. Do not rely on a tool output as advice about your specific circumstances.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Content is general information about Singapore requirements and may not apply to your situation.

Accuracy

We take care that information here is correct, and government fees and statutory deadlines are checked against official sources. Requirements change. Where a page conflicts with what a regulator publishes, the regulator is right.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and original graphics on this site belong to DPW Pte Ltd. You may not copy them for commercial use.

Liability for website use

To the extent the law permits, DPW Pte Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information or free-tool output on this website. This does not limit liability under the terms of business for paid services, and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Singapore law. Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
