A registered address that actually forwards your mail

Every Singapore company must have a local registered office. Ours is a real address, and anything that arrives is scanned into your account.

What is included

  • A compliant Singapore registered office address
  • Mail received, scanned and filed to your account
  • Government correspondence flagged, not buried
  • Physical forwarding on request
  • Address change filed by the licensed firm
  • Use of the address on your business profile

How it works

01

The licensed firm files the address with ACRA.

It becomes your official registered office on the filing date.

Licensed-person approval
02

Mail arrives and is scanned.

You see it in your account, searchable.

03

Regulator mail is flagged.

Anything from ACRA or IRAS is escalated rather than filed silently.

What we need

  • 01Your company UEN, or an incorporation in progress.
  • 02Authorisation to receive mail on the company behalf.
Where a human signs

Filing the registered office address with ACRA is a statutory change and is approved by a qualified person. Mail handling is automated.
