How it works

01

We assess eligibility first.

A weak application wastes weeks. We tell you the odds before you spend them.

Licensed-person approval
02

Documents collected and checked.

Qualifications verified where required.

03

Application submitted.

Prepared by us, reviewed before submission.

Licensed-person approval
04

Outcome tracked.

Including the appeal route if it is rejected.

What we need

  • 01Passport and educational certificates.
  • 02Employment details and salary.
  • 03Company financial standing.
What we will not claim

Approval is the Ministry of Manpower decision. We do not quote approval odds as a promise, and we do not guarantee an outcome. What we control is that the application is complete and accurate.

Common questions

How long does an EP take?

Typically a few weeks, longer if additional documents are requested. That is the MOM timeline.

What if it is rejected?

There is an appeal route. We will tell you honestly whether an appeal is worth filing.

Do I need a pass to be a director?

Not if you are a non-resident director who does not work in Singapore.
